VeriKent
You will own nothing. And everything will be for you.
VeriKent is a fictional brand: a site where people live inside a data center, “freed” from rent, decisions and privacy. It satirizes tech’s promise of a frictionless future in the cheerful language of a ’90s Turkish TV commercial. Not a real company — a campaign I built together with AI: I directed the idea, chose this out of dozens of versions, and shaped the video and identity myself.
A 12-second teaser. 4:3, 25 fps, shot to look like a VHS recording; scored with a cheerful 126 BPM synth jingle.
The idea
The narrator sells every loss as a win: no homeownership, no decisions, no privacy left — all celebrated in the language of a ’90s ad. The real joke sits in the fast-scrolling fine print: “Privacy is non-refundable. Your dreams may be used in model training.”
- No rent. No decisions. No privacy.
